I refer to your letter attached: One word to aka4. I have read all your comments. What you are decide what you say and what you say shows what you are. You don't seem to have a positive attitude towards this event and it shows that either you are a pessimistic person or you don't support this event. If you think Japan should be a member of security concil, I don't think you should give any comment here. Please go to some place else where you belong to. I don't want to have a dialogue with you, so no need to reply my post.

Your halting English shows you are not competent enough to make a well-rounded argument and ta levelheaded take with me. But as you willingly chose to address your wizened thoughts by posting in public while certain alternative (do you know how to use email link at this site?) is as effective, I am compelled to address for a direct refute on your argumentation, and at the same time to answer against some guys apparently from the CUSSA who have thrown dirty bombs to me these days. I also want to say to those guys, the event is over, but the check against you guys has just started.
If I understand your English accurately, you conclude that one should not speak out any concern on thematic issues or the organizers' ability of this event just on the ground he has a pessimistic feature characteristic, or just because, also on your abrupt judgment, that one have to be a Japanese supporter to overtly express one's deep concern on the executive and the organization of this event. This is impossible to be valid.
Why I have kept talking here? I am not lingering here in this cool site to claim a represention of most of the quiet majority, simply for me as an alien student with Chinese nationality in this country, who is not too "pessimistic" to be a pasivity, I have a full right to express my concern on the organization of the event, with no less good faith than these organizers to have this Chinese gathering well processed. Now you should have understood why I opposed fiercely on those stupid, radical and sometimes naive thoughts from the organizer part that have been highlighted by what has happened at Dag Hammarskjold Plaza this afternoon.
I do consider Japan as a potential security threat to China whose people also have sort of psycsologic advantage over Chinese to the extent of the results of wars and not less becasue governmental attitudes toward wars on both sides. But just because this enemy is evil and strong, we should be more serious and srategic as contrast to the weakness that have reflected by these student leaders from Columbia. Many executives of weak institutions would like to nurture and then exploit thoughts identical to what you had just said to make thier members forbear their stupid and ineffective governance.
Please forgive my uprightness but there is no personal detest. I hope we Chinese men in America can be stronger, much than here today in New York.
