If I become a ruler (This is as my declaration to the world)
I will issue and implement these points as:
1,Forbid smoking
Stop selling cigaret,distroy all stock of cigaret,and never grow cigaret plant.
It is easy for all knows that smoking brings negative side to human body.
2,Limit making wine, alcoholic liquor,only one plant or factory in a county &
control the total such factories nation-wide.
There will be no wine or alcoholic liquor supplied within three years in a county
if alcoholic toxicosis & traffic accident by excessive drinking happened.
3,Stop making and selling heavy firecracker,distroy all kind of firecrackers.
4,To build an official adult recreation house to avoid secret whores.
In each township or block in a city,to build a sex recreation house for commen
people's sex entertainment.It's free service and non profit.There will be
some parts in the house Including sex educational books,vedios,toys,and
sex party.All is voluntary and a want.
Sex is same like the food & dishes for man and women
so in one way to help and supply these entertainment for release and
enjoy,on the other way to avoid too many sin case of rape and killing
by sex violation. Also to avoid the disease like aids .
5,Stop making any nuclear and chemical weapons,Distroy completely these
weapons. Firstly in one country destroy no matter other countries do so,I am
sure the rest will follows because a sample be ahead.
6,The retire age
The retire age for government officers including tope nation leaders is 73 years
old. never at most eldest 76 years old can be on power! No life-time possition of
goverment.It is natural that youngers more stronger and ability than the olders.
7,To establish a forest become a must
To establish at least one forest in each county,the forest size maybe some
hundred acre or some thousand acres more.
Never remove never distroy these trees in these forest!Say hundreds years,
thousand years… forever! as a law to keep these forest forvever!
8,No Pollution,No poison
Close all factories that makes pollution,and poison brings to the workers &
citizens live around effective health conditions goes worse and illness.
9,Forbid or limit luxurious large buildings.
There is no coming plan or action to build extra expending luxurious
buildings,to save resources & let the commen people have house to live well.
10,For these people and dealings tax free as:
*Buy a house which is the only one of the family,the total area under 90 square-meter.
*The disabled and especially the ones who have no ability for work they are all tax free.
